This past week, I was able to more deeply explore the world of marketing. Although I have dipped my toes a little bit in the field of marketing this year, I never really went in depth with it. But I have more and more realized that marketing is also such a huge part of entrepreneurship. So as a part of my Final Product, I am designing a few promotional marketing pieces to go along with my research and business plan. I created three different infographics highlighting the three causes my non-profit supports: female empowerment, the climate crisis, and animal rights. I wanted it to be as informative and engaging as possible, so I added many visuals and played around a lot with the different fonts and colors. I had so much fun creating these infographics and learned a lot in the process. I also created a “mission card” for my non-profit. This card will be sent with each shipment so that when a customer opens a package, they will be able to learn more about the mission of Generation Z Jewelry. This will also make sure that I will not be needing to file for the Unrelated Business Income Tax (UBIT) as the card is an indicator that my bracelet sales are directly related to my non-profit mission. I am still working on a few other things to promote my non-profit and am excited to continue doing so.
